Having begun his professional career as an engineering graduate running a large agricultural contracting firm, company Director, Tom Bowlby, has an, in our opinion, unrivalled in-depth and intricate understanding of the Agricultural industry and the needs of the businesses and individuals who operate within it.

Bringing this to the fore in everything he, and the company, stands for means we have completed a huge range of successful, farm construction projects for a wide variety of clients.

EQUINE SECTOR

With aspirations to ride for her native South Africa at the Olympics, Company Director, Hayley Bowlby (née Parker), brings a wealth of equine knowledge to Tomley Projects.
Having completed a huge number of successful equine construction projects, Hayley and the team know exactly how to combine the needs of both the horses and their humans, to create environments that work perfectly for both. Whether your project involves fencing a couple of acres for the family pony or is a large, full-scale, end-to-end equestrian centre construction, the team at Tomley Projects has the expertise and skill to complete it to the highest of standards.

TOM BOWLBY

After graduating with a First-class Honours degree in Engineering from Edinburgh University, Tom began his professional career as a manager for a large arable farm contracting business. Going on to manage a more diverse equestrian, agricultural and construction business, Tom founded Tomley Projects Ltd in 2020 with Hayley.

HAYLEY BOWLBY

After completing her degree in Econometrics, Hayley moved to the UK from South Africa in 2014 to pursue her equestrian ambitions of riding for her country at the Olympics. Understanding the world of equestrianism inside out, Hayley brings immense knowledge and experience to the equine side of the business.
