Tom Bowlby
Managing Director
After graduating with a First-class Honours degree in Engineering from Edinburgh University, Tom began his professional career as a manager for a large arable farm contracting business. Going on to manage a more diverse equestrian, agricultural and construction business, Tom founded Tomley Projects Ltd in 2020 with Hayley.
Hayley Bowlby
Director
After completing her degree in Econometrics, Hayley moved to the UK from South Africa in 2014 to pursue her equestrian ambitions of riding for her country at the Olympics. Understanding the world of equestrianism inside out, Hayley brings immense knowledge and experience to the equine side of the business.
Steffan Jones
Contracts Manager
Steff joined Tomley Projects in 2021 as a skilled fencing installer, bringing a vast knowledge of the intricacies of his role. and showing a real aptitude for managing a team. Steff quickly progressed to a Team Leader role where he managed a small team, who won AFI Fencing Project of the Year in 2023. Steff had a further promotion to Contracts Manager where he is now responsible for the planning and running of larger projects.
Toby Goss
Contracts Manager
Toby joined Tomley Projects in 2023 as a Contracts Manager, having come from an engineering background. Toby is responsible for the running and planning of our equestrian based projects. Toby is particularly strong with his equestrian knowledge and building relationships with customers and suppliers.
Becca McAndrew
Office Administrator
Becca joined Tomley Projects in January 2023 and has since transformed the efficiency and organisation of our office operations. Meticulous, diligent, and highly dependable, she plays a key role in keeping projects and processes running smoothly. From managing invoices and handling client queries to coordinating communications and maintaining our day-to-day systems, Becca ensures everything operates seamlessly behind the scenes.
Jess Wort
Head of Marketing
Jess joined Tomley Projects in March 2025 and leads all areas of marketing, including the website, social media, content, and brand strategy, ensuring Tomley Projects’ reputation for quality and precision is reflected across every platform. With a background in journalism and over a decade of marketing experience, she combines strategic expertise with a lifelong passion for horses to help Tomley Projects connect authentically with its clients and showcase the exceptional quality of its work.
Sonia Roberts
Bookkeeper
Sonia joined Tomley Projects in the summer of 2025 and plays a vital role in managing the company’s accounts and financial operations. With a meticulous approach and strong attention to detail, she ensures accuracy and efficiency across all bookkeeping processes. Sonia’s organised, dependable nature supports the wider team and helps keep every project running smoothly behind the scenes.
